A dedicated signage system incorporates two essential aspects: all users should be able to easily get to their destination, and the system should interface positively with its surroundings. VanBerlo developed the outdoor signage system for the large business park “Kempisch Bedrijvenpark” in the south of theNetherlands. Highly structured for logic, ease of use and first time right.

The signage system comprises of thin geometric shapes, basic materials and graphical elements to reflect the high tech industry, but at the same time down-to-earth local mentality. All elements have a strong own identity but are clearly part of a family. Next to the signage elements, the range also includes outdoor furniture elements. The system was developed with Corten steel and stainless steel as main materials, with high quality manufacturing. Subtle in presence yet supremely functional in use, the signage system strengthens the identity of both the business park as well as the Kempen region.
